TDF's VETERANS THEATREGOING PROGRAM
On November 8th, Harrison and fellow cast members from The Play That Goes Wrong were honored to visit with a group of 30 veterans residing at Hell's Kitchen's Samaritan Daytop Village to launch the second season of TDF's Veterans Theatregoing Program. The veterans were then provided with complimentary tickets to that evening's performance, followed by a post-show talkback with the cast. Your Resources, the short film in which Harrison can be seen appearing alongside an excellent ensemble cast, will be screening in the Bushwick Film Festival in Brooklyn on Sunday, October 14th at 2:40pm as part of the "You, The Stranger" block of narrative shorts. Written and directed by Will Arbery, it's set in a world crumbling into ecological and psychological degradation, where numerous applicants strive to be deemed worthy of a powerful new brain implant that enables its users to focus on positivity and ignore their troubling surroundings. The U.S. Men's Olympic Curling team, fresh off their spectacular gold medal win in PyeongChang at the 2018 Winter Olympics, paid a visit to The Play That Goes Wrong. The Play That Goes Wrong's super-producer J.J. Abrams made a big splash when he appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to talk about the play (as well as his work on a little movie franchise called Star Wars), then proceeded to invite Stephen and the entire studio audience to join him for that evening's performance! The group paraded down Broadway from the Ed Sullivan Theater to the Lyceum Theatre with J.J. and Stephen leading the way, drawing crowds of onlookers as they went. Harrison is incredibly excited to be making his Broadway debut joining The Play That Goes Wrong in the role of Dennis at the historic Lyceum Theatre. He and the rest of the stellar new American cast will take over performances from the original British cast starting on September 19th. Conceived by the mad geniuses of Mischief Theatre, directed by clown maestro Mark Bell, and currently the longest-running play on Broadway, the show is a madcap look at what happens when members of the hapless Cornley University Drama Society attempt to mount a production of the 1920s murder mystery The Murder At Haversham Manor…and it all goes hilariously wrong. SHAKESPEARE & AUTISM Workshop
Harrison is proud to be part of the exciting, ever-expanding Shakespeare and Autism Project—created by the inimitable Kelly Hunter and her Flute Theatre, and developed in conjunction with the Royal Shakespeare Company and Ohio State University's Nisonger Center—that uses Shakespeare-based games to connect with children on the autism spectrum. He'll be performing in a pilot workshop led by Genevieve Simon on Saturday, March 11th at Manhattan Youth Center in Tribeca, so if you have a child with autism or know of children that might benefit from this work, please spread the word far and wide!

Harrison is thrilled to be starring alongside Clare McNulty (of Fort Tilden and TBS's Search Party) and Tony Award nominee Reed Birney in the upcoming short film The Indigenous People of Wherever. Written and directed by Alex Cannon with cinematography by his brother Paul Cannon, the Cannons' work has previously appeared at SXSW and NY's IFC Center. Alex is currently in the MFA Directing program at Columbia University while Paul is in UCLA's MFA program.

Harrison will be reading stage directions for Roundabout Theatre Company's 50th Anniversary Season reunion benefit reading of Kaufman and Hart’s The Man Who Came to Dinner. Directed by Scott Ellis, the reading stars Nathan Lane, Jean Smart, Harriet Harris, and members of the original 2000 Broadway Revival Cast. It will take place at Studio 54 on Monday, December 7th at 7pm.
